You will receive an email with a confirmation for the purchase of your lottery ticket and corresponding numbers as proof of purchase. This email clearly states your ownership of the physical ticket. We do not issue refunds on ticket purchases under ordinary circumstances. We can only process refunds or changes for draws more than two weeks into the future as your ticket will not yet have been purchased. We reserve the right to approve refunds and changes on a case-by-case basis.

If you win more than the equivalent of $600, most lottery ticket providers will ask you to visit the country to claim your prize. You’ll need to pay for flights, book time off work and disrupt your current plans. LottosOnline is different. Our agents arrange to pay out all smaller winnings so you don’t have to make a fuss (until you hit the bigtime, of course).

We send an email with a confirmation for the purchase of your lottery ticket and corresponding numbers. As a result, you won't have to worry about losing a paper ticket. If you have accidentally deleted your email, check your junk folder. Alternatively, you can log in to your LottosOnline account to view all your purchases.

Every draw is different, and more information can be found on each lottery page. The cut off for each lottery is typically a few hours prior to the draw. We require this time so that our local agents can purchase your ticket and process the ticket scan. To make it easy, our website automatically displays the next available draw following the cut-off time. After the LottosOnline close-off, you will not be able to buy an entry. So be sure to get in early for your chance to win big!

Once your payment for the ticket has been approved, our local agents will buy your official lottery ticket directly from an authorised retailer. You will also receive an email confirmation for your purchase. Your ticket is then taken to our agent's secure offices and safeguarded until the date and time of the draw, after which they will check the results against your ticket. They will pay us any smaller winnings due to you and we will add these to your winnings balance. For larger winnings LottosOnline.com will be in touch to discuss your specific needs and circumstances. We work together with our winners to ensure that all wins are paid out in a seamless manner.

As a member of LottosOnline, you don’t need to check the results after the draw. Our automated system will notify you of any winnings via email. At the same time, we will update your private account on LottosOnline where you can view the draw details and see your winnings. You can also check the latest draw results on our website.

All winnings are credited to your winnings balance as soon as our agents have verified them. You can request a transfer of these funds directly to your bank account, or you can immediately convert them to credit in your Account Balance.

Our VIP Rewards program is our way of saying thank you. It is our loyalty program that allows you to get cashback on ticket purchases, and use this cashback to buy lottery tickets.  

Each time you spend €50 or more during a 30 day period, you qualify for VIP status. From the moment you are VIP, you will earn 10% cashback on all your purchases. Your Rewards balance can be used to buy more lottery tickets, for free. As long as you have enough funds in your Rewards balance, you can use them for any lottery draw. Simply log in to your account, then choose your ticket as usual, and at the payment stage choose how much to pay with your Rewards balance.

As soon as a draw is complete and verified, we’ll update the relevant results page. You can also set up automatic results notifications, sent to you via email. We’ll always notify you if you have won.

You can use your credit or debit card to add funds. Alternatively, you can transfer funds from your winnings to your Rewards Balance and use these to pay for tickets.

We appreciate that you’ll want to receive your winnings as soon as you strike it lucky and the champagne has popped. Smaller winnings are typically credited to your winnings balance immediately after the winning ticket numbers have been verified by our agents. For substantial non-jackpot winnings it may take until the next available business day for our agents to collect the funds, after which your winnings balance will be credited. The timing of the collection of a jackpot win will depend on how quickly you want to make your arrangements.

Yes, the minimum claim amount is €50 and the player is responsible for any bank transfer fees arising from the claim transaction.  If you have less than €50 in your winnings balance, you have two options. You can wait for more winnings, or transfer funds to your Rewards Balance.

The answer depends on which lottery you play. Some lotteries tax your winnings, and others do not. While some lotteries may automatically deduct their local and/or federal taxes from your winnings, in other cases you will need to be proactive. If in doubt, contact your local tax authority.
