How long before the draw can I buy a ticket?
Every draw is different, and more information can be found on each lottery page. The cut off for each lottery is typically a few hours prior to the draw, but we require substantially more notice so our local staff can purchase your ticket. To make it easy, our website automatically displays the next available draw following the cut-off time. After the LottosOnline close-off, you will not be able to buy an entry. So be sure to get in early for your chance to win big!
What happens after I have purchased my tickets?
Once your payment for the ticket has been approved, our local staff will buy your official lottery ticket directly from an authorised retailer. You will also receive an email confirmation for your purchase. Your ticket is then taken to our secure offices and safeguarded until the date and time of the draw, after which we will check the results against your ticket. We will then act as your proxy for the purposes of collection and redistribution of any winnings received from the lottery operator.
How will I know if I've won?
As a member of LottosOnline, you don’t need to check the results after the draw. Our automated system will notify you of any winnings via email. At the same time, we will update your private account on LottosOnline where you can view the draw details and collect your winnings. You can also check the latest draw results on our website.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
All winnings are automatically credited into your online account. You can transfer these funds directly to your bank account, or into your Account Balance.
What is the LottosOnline VIP Rewards Program?

How do I use my Rewards Balance?
Your Rewards balance can be used to buy more lottery tickets, for free. As long as you have enough funds in your Rewards balance, you can use them for any lottery draw. Simply log in to your account, then choose your ticket as usual, and at the payment stage choose how much to pay with your Rewards balance.
Where can I see the latest draw results?
As soon as a draw is complete and verified, we’ll update the relevant results page. You can also set up automatic results notifications, sent to you via email. We’ll always notify you if you have won.
How do I credit my account?
You can use your credit card to add funds. Alternatively, you can transfer funds from your winnings to your Rewards Balance and use these to pay for tickets.
How long will it take for winnings to be paid out?
We appreciate that you’ll want to receive your winnings as soon as you strike it lucky and the champagne has popped. Small winnings are claimed immediately after the draw, and larger winnings are claimed the following business day. Winnings will appear in your LottosOnline account no later than 10 working days after receipt of funds from the lottery operator.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is €50 and the player is responsible for any bank transfer fees arising from the transaction. If you have less than €50 in your wallet, you have two options. You can wait for more winnings, or transfer funds to your Rewards Balance.
Are my winnings taxable?
